IE 8 and QB! How to fix the browsing issue…

If you have downloaded the new Microsoft IE 8 and are trying to use any of the features inside QB that require web access and you don’t see anything but a nice white window, do the following and your problem should be fixed:

  • Go into IE 8 and click on Tools/Compatibility View Settings
  • Check the box for Display all website in Compatibility View
  • Close and reopen QB after you make this change
